The Titanium Caravans Legacy
Titanium Caravans have been building premium off-road caravans for over a decade. What started as a small boutique caravan manufacturer has now evolved into one of Australia’s largest premium off-road brands.
Our drive to constantly innovate, prioritise customer service and reinvest in our product and processes. This has propelled the business to where it is today – the no.1 premium off-road caravan manufacturer in Australia. We have (and always have had) an open-doors policy, allowing customers to walk through the factory and view their van being built first-hand. We back our warranty and make our customers always feel part of the family – which our numerous positive customer reviews can attest to.
We have unparalleled experience in building premium off-road caravans (that’s all we do!) having built over 2500 since the business started back in 2012. We now employ over 100 staff, many of which have been here since day one. We do not subcontract any part of the build process out only hiring qualified in-house tradespeople – unlike. We also have our own metal fabrication and furniture business where we build our own products enabling us to control supply, quality and design – making our parts aesthetically and functionally far superior to that of other caravan manufacturers and tailored for Australia’s harsh off-road conditions. We only use high-end machinery and tooling and use technologies that the automotive and aviation industries use such as Henrob riveting, our interlocking aluminium wall frames (far superior to welding and not prone to cracking) or our tongue in groove furniture designed specifically for off-road caravans. Benefits of theTitanium Caravans S Series
Aluminium Frame
Following the automotive and aviation industries our interlocking aluminium wall frames are Henrob riveted together and designed to last past the life of a traditional timber frame and aluminium welded caravan, being impervious to rot, moisture, termites and cracking.
One piece fibreglass composite panel roof
The roof is constructed with a unique one piece fibreglass composite panel that eliminates water leak points, is also hail resistant and insulates better than a framed roof.
Heavy-duty Chassis
Using steel sourced from Australian tube mills our chassis are designed and manufactured locally by Titanium and our boutique chassis fabricators. Our chassis are built for off-road and come with an extended A-Frame as standard and can be optioned with a truss.
In-house trades
All of our qualified in-house electricians and plumbers are experienced and dedicated to producing consistently high quality caravans, each and every time.
Hail resistant Cladding
Vans are cladded with a 3mm hail resistant German RV composite cladding in a variety of colours.

We offer a 5 year structural, 2 year manufacturer warranty as standard, we also offer a nationwide service network with over 450 approved caravan service centres to carry out your warranty items.

Interlocking Furniture
Our product designers have developed precise tongue-in-groove furniture, installed throughout your caravan to ensure everything remains rock solid. There are over 650 interlocking furniture joins in the average Titanium Caravan.
